# Codemate

> Codemate is a Finnish creative tech partner that designs and builds AI-era software — user-centric apps, intelligent platforms, and scalable end-to-end solutions. The company organises its work around three practices: Design, Code, and Care, with clear direction running through all three. Offices in Oulu, Helsinki, Jyväskylä, and Bangkok. This site also exposes callable tools, not just documents. https://codemate.com/mcp is a Model Context Protocol endpoint — connect it as a remote MCP server. Eight read-only tools: search_site (with an optional kind filter for pages, articles or case studies), get_topic, get_page_data (the full text of any article or case study, by URL), get_company_info, get_contact_info (offices, people, map links), list_references (client case studies, filterable by industry, service or client), list_articles (filterable by category or date) and list_open_positions.

Inside a browser, three of those — search_site, get_topic and list_open_positions — are also available via WebMCP (`document.modelContext`), along with a declarative tool for preparing a contact request on the contact page. The catalogues and readers are deliberately left out there: a browser tool result is capped at 1.5K characters, which those would exceed. Nothing on either surface can submit anything on a person's behalf.
